I was watching an interview with Ervin Laszlo, a classical pianist and now better known as the father of systems philosophy. Very intelligent and respectable man from the short interview I saw on the Gregg Braden Official video that made its way into my feed. He was talking about how we are our consciousness and how we see the world through it. I resonated deeply when he said if our consciousness changes, if it grows and evolves, we’ll all act differently.
It made my heart sing because that’s exactly what I’m here doing. I’m the change I want to see and I know that when enough people follow suit then we will have our new world, a better world where we thrive through unity and cooperation. A world full of kindness and appreciation where the goal is to live the lives we were meant to live which is without the unnecessary chaos and control.
What really sparked my interest was when he said our reality isn’t what we think, it’s actually resonance. I’m familiar with the word however wanted to research it further in order to fully understand it. By definition emotional resonance is the ability to evoke feelings or memories. In physics resonance is a phenomenon where an object vibrates with increased amplitude when an external force matches it’s natural frequency.
Basically when someone has ‘resonance’ it means they strongly connect with something such as ideas, music or people. It’s a connection that leaves you feeling emotionally satisfied, it’s meaningful, and deeply understood which then creates a long-lasting impact. Spirit couldn’t have had better timing, no surprise there, right? I literally just watched a movie the day prior to seeing the interview that made all of this make so much sense.
At Middleton has to be one of the most delightful movies I’ve seen in recent months, I absolutely loved it. I’ve watched it twice already and still want to see it again. It’s a feel-good movie that was produced by Andy Garcia, who also stars in it, right along side Vera Farmiga who is another one of my favorites. She has the best laugh and I love Andy Garcia’s voice, he has one of those voices that makes me melt.
I don’t know what it is with me and voices. I might not remember your name, there’s a good chance I’ll remember your face, but rarely do I forget a voice.
The movie is about two strangers who meet and spend the day together and build an amazing bond by the end of this cinematic gem. They were two parents with their two children visiting a potential college who take a tour (and then detour) and develop a friendship throughout the day. It was resonance in full effect because by the end of the day lives were changed. I laughed, I don’t think I cried but I definitely felt the emotions when they were running high, and then I laughed some more. Delightful, and now I know exactly why Spirit had me watch it.
When it comes to life resonance means a deeply felt sense of connection and mutual responsiveness with the world. It’s when you feel in sync with something. It’s when you feel heard and transformed by relationships or nature, or even yourself. It’s about moving beyond a simple agreement and more into an alignment on a soulful level. It’s about adding richness and purpose to existence. It’s about feeling like there’s a two-way street, a common understanding of give and take. It’s a powerful reciprocity.
Resonance is felt when you’re creating harmony and a feeling of belonging felt on an energetic level where there’s a profound understanding. I think it’s something every human being comes to Earth to experience, it’s something we all crave and more importantly deserve, no to mention need. We all go through relationships that teach us on some level along the way of what we don’t want in order to know what we do want which if you ask me now all boils down to this feeling of resonance.
Resonance isn’t limited to relationships, it can also be felt when you’re captivated by music or art, when you feel it speak to your soul. It can be felt when you find a deep satisfaction with your work or hobbies or when you feel a sense of belonging in nature like a walk on the beach or watching the sunset. For me personally I’m experiencing this resonance phenomena with my deep dive of solitude and stepping into who I truly am and came here to be on a spiritual level.
Spiritual resonance is this incredible sense of connection, alignment or recognition with a divine source, universal truth, nature or people. It can be felt with a deep knowing or feeling of ‘coming Home’. It’s when your inner state aligns with a spiritual force or absolute truth leaving you awestruck or with a sense of freedom and clarity. It’s like tuning an instrument to match a frequency, where as an individuals spiritual frequency is built by their beliefs and experiences which then vibrates in harmony with a higher power or universal energy and then draws them closer to their true self and purpose.
It’s liberating and while it’s taken years, I’m finally on the threshold of something so much bigger than myself. There’s no shortcuts to enlightenment and while I’m not there yet, I’m on my way and that feels pretty good. My internal compass has been switched on, my intuition is growing stronger by the day and I have such an endless amount of gratitude for this unique connection. I feel it not just with myself but with humanity as a whole and of course my higher dimensional beings. We are all multidimensional beings of light and I’m here to unlock the pathway and create the roadmap so everyone can experience the awesomeness of this evolution revolution.
We are all co-creators of this universe and of our experiences. The world is a series of co-evolutions, a sense of things that are evolving together, and it’s only when this co-evolution is moving forward unanimously is our participation in it meaningful. It’s only when we all collaborate and share the same values does it actually work. When we connect with our heart intelligence and the 5th dimensional consciousness we find our way back to acceptance and oneness where we live in peace and harmony where everyone lovingly contributes. And then Spirit said…

Love and Light
