Be prepared and be excited were the final words of my last prophetic message. Don’t think for a second I’m gonna pass up an opportunity to receive a public message from Spirit. I could feel my heart in overdrive three people prior to me as I was eagerly anticipating what my team and Higher Self had to say. Wouldn’t you know it, they said what I pretty much already knew in my heart, mind and soul. Talk about a boost in confidence when you feel like you’re not just on the right track but a few steps ahead. This is exactly why I need to focus, get organized, and set some goals and intentions of what I really want in the next chapters of life.
This is a time to re-evaluate how you spend your time. Now, don’t misunderstand, I’m not saying you haven’t been using your time well but I am saying that this is getting to be a new chapter, even a new part of your life. It’s reached just about that time when not only are you entering a new chapter but you’re getting close to entering a new part.
And what better time to say okay, given that that’s the case, what adjustments do I need to make in terms of who I spend the most time with, what my goals are, what do I consider a productive day. These matter because you’ll be much happier if you considered these things, recognizing that I’m doing some new things. And that it is a new chapter and especially a new part.
To get the most out of life, it’s important to realize when, yeah, this is a new chapter, this is a new part. And again, just so there’s no misunderstanding, you realize that the way you spent your time before may have been just fine for that part, but now it’s a new part and there are grander things ahead. I will say grander things ahead. This last part, eehhh, there were some good things but it wasn’t always easy that’s for sure.
So be prepared and be excited, and go for it!
The best was one of the ladies listening has been one of my biggest cheerleaders along the way and I could see her sitting in the sanctuary getting all excited for me which made me feel good. She’s the one who gifted me my electric toothbrush, turned me on to the best lotion ever, gave me an ornament last year that I knew was a message from my mom and always has words of encouragement. It’s the little things that have really helped me along the way in these last few years.
Ironically enough I spend most of my time alone but this message just solidified for me that my time on the pier has expired which is exactly why my spidey senses have been telling me for months it’s time to go. I leave walking tall recognizing that if something doesn’t make me feel powerful then it’s not for me. Gone are the days of feeling small in any capacity and now that it’s finally in alignment I will leave graciously and with integrity as I finish out my last days knowing the best is yet to come.
I want people to understand the importance of feelings, how things make you feel. Your feelings are everything, they’re your road map to life. Your mood is your receptive mode indicator. Our mood depicts how open and receptive we are not just to subtle clues from Spirit but to miracles as well. Everything Nikola Tesla has to say about frequency and vibration is all starting to really sink in. Intuition is our spiritual GPS, it’s our heavenly hints and guidance and when we’re in a good mood it just flows.
If there’s aspects in your life that don’t make you feel good then make changes. My job on the pier is a prime example. It doesn’t bring me the joy it once did and it directly affects my mood. I’ve done quite a bit of inner work so I’m able to rise above it all now and still feel okay but that came with time and practice. Patience with myself is paying off and I’m now finally able to make that change. Don’t get me wrong, I wanted to leave a while ago, but knew I had to wait. Developing my relationship with Spirit is what now allows me to understand when the time is right. In the meantime I’ve been building my resilience.
You build emotional resilience when you do something intentionally uncomfortable, whether it’s for a short or long period of time, and if you ask me the longer you do it, the more resilient you become. It builds not just resilience but it also strengthens your nervous system. When you challenge yourself, with small or large discomforts, you’re essentially training your system to expand its neuroplasticity. After even a few weeks your brain literally starts to rewire itself. It goes from being uncomfortable to being possible and then somewhat normal, until you change it.
I don’t think humanity realizes just how powerful they really are, in fact I know they don’t because in all fairness I’m just now realizing it myself. But this is exactly why I was meant to awaken in real time because six years ago I had no idea what I was capable of either. I was quite the character even three years ago and now that I see things differently I can actively choose to build my evolved character in a way that now keeps me present, calm and aligned, even when things aren’t easy. Resilience equals emotional sovereignty.
Emotional sovereignty is the mastering of your inner world where your feelings, reactions and energetic field are governed by YOU, not by the moods, triggers, expectations or projections of others. Emotional sovereignty strengthens your aura, boundaries, intuition and psychic clarity which keeps you grounded and centered with an unshakeable presence. This is everything I’ve been grasping while learning to build my resilience in sometimes less than comfortable conditions. And now there’s nothing I can’t handle. Getting out of your comfort zone, especially by challenging yourself, brings out your inner strength and courage.
We are all Source energy in physical bodies and knowing this, believing this, is all the momentum you really need. It’s the vibration of well-being. Being grateful for what you have, even when you know you deserve more, is paramount to keeping you out of stagnation. Visionaries cannot be contained so it’s only a matter of time until you break free of any chains that may have kept you bound. Be better knowing you deserve better and everything from the universe to your own team of invisibles will conspire to help you keep moving forward. Know your worth and get your value everyday. Patience is key, and has been a big one for me, but I can say with confidence that my patience is about to pay off and I couldn’t be more excited.
Love and Light
And then Spirit sent me the most beautiful song…
Love and Life
