Spiritual Meaning of a Rooster

After spending a few hours riding the coasters at Knott’s Berry Farm I felt this need to quiet my mind if you will so I exited the park and went to a small, quiet, remote parking lot to just people watch from afar when out of nowhere a rooster enters stage right. Now maybe it’s normal for a rooster to be roaming the streets of Buena Park but for me it was no coincidence so naturally what do I do, I look it up.

According to Millersguide.com roosters are flightless and fearless birds symbolic of self-confidence and come to teach the importance of just that. Don’t be afraid to share your gifts and talents with the world and take the path least traveled. You are unique and blessed.

Roosters represent hard work and don’t give up easily, they work hard and reap the benefits. When a rooster appears to you it’s a lesson in determination and resilience, nothing good comes easy so you must put in the work. The roosters presence also reminds you to fight for what you value. Life will put you up against all kinds of challenges (that’s an understatement LOL) but it’s up to you to decide whether you’ll quickly learn the lesson and rise to the challenges or just give in.

Roosters also symbolize perseverance and determination as it’s not afraid to defend itself. It also symbolizes the importance of staying alert at all times making it impossible for any enemies to sabotage or catch you off guard. It’s a reminder that you have the rooster spirit within you, a fierce attitude and undying passion making it possible for you to overcome any challenges that come your way so use your talents and gifts for good spending your time doing things you feel passionate about.
