Some people may not want the truth, there’s those who definitely don’t want it, while some will actively seek it and others will fight to the death defending it. This video couldn’t better explain the movie Matrix and how it’s somewhat of a metaphor for the world we live in today. I couldn’t have said it better especially in conjunction with the Platos Cave philosophy.
When I first posted Plato’s Cave in my blog I said no comment and that’s because at the time I didn’t think I could explain it by means of how I was feeling. But that was also before I’d seen the Matrix. Now it all makes sense. I’m that prisoner who escaped the cave and then went and swallowed the red pill. What a wild ride thus far and it’s only gonna get wilder but there’s no way I would go back to change any of it. Well maybe to see my mom for one more bitchen hug but I’ll have my chance with time.
The most beautiful gift we can give each other is the truth. That’s just how I choose to live my life now and I’m more than grateful for the opportunity to have awakened to it, thanks mom. The most beautiful truth, for me, is learning that God is in all of us, or which ever or whatever you call your particular deity. I call mine God. And He lives inside me, and goes everywhere with me. He’s why I’m limitless. It’s another one of the best kept secrets.
This is such a shame but so not surprising. Unfortunately every time you go against the status quo you’re faced with repercussions which is why a lot of people are afraid to, and why most won’t want to, it’s far from easy, it’s downright hard. When you’re famous it’s even harder because the consequences come from the dark side, when you’re not it’s from your local community, or even worse, your friends and family. This is where courage comes in and I pray for courage and strength on a daily because it’s difficult, not to mention frustrating, to tredge your own path and especially the path of truth but I have faith and so should you.
I know I said I wasn’t going to post anything negative but unfortunately when it comes to telling the truth, it’s oftentimes a bitter pill to swallow and definitely necessary. Jordan Peterson speaks truth through intelligence and now we know why they don’t like him. Mad respect for a man I truly admire.
