Exercising your faith muscles is a full time job, especially when you’re living in the unknown. My solitude has me feeling a wee bit out of balance these days with all work and no play. When I wake up I can really feel my body doing whatever it’s doing. It’s almost like detox zings but instead of feeling like I’m gonna jump out of my skin, it feels more like a low vibrating hum. It’s evident when I’m in meditation as well and while it’s tolerable, it’s just somewhat bizarre. I’ve been at this for months now so it can be frustrating when I have no idea how long it’ll last, especially when all I want is to go roller skating and do some yoga.
On a quantum energetic level my body is recalibrating, realigning and releasing traumas, toxins and whatever else I’m completely unaware of. A lot of this comes out through aches and pains, I even read that back pain can be a form of trauma release which could very well explain my week of it. Much is exiting through my skin, my psoriasis flared up however is finally looking better. For almost two months I was pimple face Patty, also toxins exiting my body, and as an Aries and according to medical astrology, it just makes sense.
Aries governs the head, brain and eyes, also the skull and adrenaline glands. Historically speaking, it’s called Iatromathematics which applies the study of astrology to medicine. It views the human body through astrological reasoning as well as mechanics. Today it’s known as zodiacal melothesia which associates zodiac signs with the functioning of the human body. It’s an astrological concept of assigning human body parts to the signs of the zodiac.
In medical astrology, Aries is believed to be more prone to facial skin issues such as pimples because it’s the sign that rules the head and face. I also learned that because I’m a fire sign (I’m not just a fire sign, I’m a trifecta) I’m prone to manifesting inflammation which explains a lot. I also just learned that imbalance in Aries shows up as overthinking. I love learning something new everyday. Astrological factors for Aries skin issues…
- Mars Influence: Aries is ruled by Mars, a planet associated with heat, blood, and acute inflammation. In astrology, an “afflicted” Mars is often linked to boils, rashes, and recurring acne, especially on the face.
- High Reactivity: Aries skin is often described as “reactive”. Because it is a fire sign, stress or high-energy periods can trigger fast physical reactions like flushing or breakouts.
I’ve known about medical astrology for years, I find it fascinating and love anything and everything having to do with astrology itself. It has more influence than most realize and plays such an important role in our lives. It helps us not just understand ourselves on a fundamental level but others as well. When I know or learn someone else’s sign, I’m like oh okay, that explains a lot lol. I’m able to find compassion and understanding, tolerance even.
They’ve kept it hidden for the simple fact that they don’t want us knowing who we are or our potential powers. Is it any wonder they took it out of the Bible and more or less frown upon it in Christianity? Is it any wonder they’ve been studying it since the beginning of time? I didn’t know medical astrology was called melothesia but here it is in a nutshell…
Aries: head and brain
Taurus: neck and throat
Gemini: shoulders and lungs
Cancer: chest and stomach
Leo: heart and spine
Scorpio: abdomen and intestines
Libra: kidneys and lower back
Scorpio: reproductive and excretory systems
Sagittarius: hips and thighs
Capricorn: knees and skeletal system
Aquarius: calves and circulatory system
Pisces: feet and lymphatic system
Naturally it’s considered a pseudoscience because it doesn’t follow the scientific method and they can’t explain it or back it with anything. It’s only a matter of time until we recognize and marry science and spirituality. There’s going to be plenty of stuff surfacing that science isn’t going to be able to explain, I look forward to new and improved shock and awe campaigns where miracles and magic become the new norm.
My hair is finally feeling better too, there for a minute I couldn’t help but notice I was pulling out more than average during my showers. It concerned me at first but figured, no this is just part of the process, has to be. It also has to be stress related, which is a factor for my skin as well. I can only imagine everything that’s going on in my body as I’m walking around like a tuning fork preparing my human antenna. This has to be another incentive for resting my mind, besides making way for incoming information, peace of mind goes a long way in everybody’s world.
Speaking of hair, I finally got my first grey. I’m about to reach my brother’s age when he transitioned and he left without a single grey hair himself so he had me beat on that. I welcome the grey, my nana had beautiful silver hair. My mother colored her hair till the day she transitioned but in between she would always joke and say, this side is from you, and this side is from John. Of course my side was clearly greyer than my brothers. The results of having a daughter with a free sprit who likes to go against the grain I suppose.
I am a firm believer everything happens for a reason so all I can do is continue marching to the beat of my own drum. Going against the grain has always been a theme with me and even though I’m doing most of my work under the radar, I still look forward to see what unfolds when this is all said and done. Patience, perseverance and resilience are the underlying sources of my strength these days as I keep reminding myself the best is yet to come.
I don’t know what to expect one day to the next, I don’t know where I’ll be five days from now nevermind five years. I do know I’m about to start testing the waters. It won’t take long for me to figure out what I can and can’t do exercise-wise. As a matter of fact I expressed my frustrations last week and even said it all loud and out loud that I wanted to go roller skating. I was seriously contemplating it when shortly thereafter I saw the message don’t overdo it cross my path. Needless to say I didn’t go but something’s gotta give and I’m hoping it’s sooner than later.
Speaking of crossing my path, a video from one of my favorite go-to doctors popped up in my YouTube feed recently. Turns out folic acid isn’t so good for us after all, so why then are they putting in our food intentionally? Mandatory fortification (a government-mandated policy) of folic acid added to enriched grain products such as flour, bread, rice and pasta began in the United States in 1998. It’s a synthetic lab made chemical, drug really, and is in pretty much everything that’s processed.
It’s going to be a sensitive subject considering it affects babies more than most, along with autism and autoimmune conditions. The fact that it affects unborn babies speaks volumes to me but perhaps that’s because I’m able to see the bigger picture. I’m telling you, diet is crucial and is the cornerstone to our health and wellness. Don’t take my word for it, check out Dr. John Campbells podcast, Fauxlate, the drug in our food…
