Conscious Live Expo 2026

The best way to describe events like Conscious Live Expo, and Disclosure Festival as well, is like spiritual college meets speed dating. I’ve never done speed dating but you get the concept. It’s intense with a lot of information not to mention activations, integrations and meditations. Lions and tiger and bears, oh my. It was humbling, it was a confidence boost and a reminder that anything is possible. Just when I think I’ve seen it all I witness some next level woo woo stuff that had me wide-eyed in wonderment. Nothing surprises me anymore and I have a sneaky suspicion we haven’t seen the half of it.

This conference solidified a few things for me moving forward. It’s interesting because I pulled a protection card a couple weeks back that now makes complete sense. With the ability to pull information from many beings and entities, it’s imperative to protect yourself. Not everything will have your best interest in mind so I learned just how important it is to only let those who do have your best interest come through. I’m getting into the habit every morning now to set the intention to only allow what’s best for my highest good on the highest timeline, but also placing a protection bubble of white light around me. And actually that also goes for not allowing other peoples negative energy to infiltrate as well.

This past weekend also taught me the importance of visualization. I have to admit I haven’t been the biggest visualizer, no reason really, just don’t do it, but have started to do more moving forward. It truly is a discipline because these aren’t things I’ve done in the past and definitely have to put forth effort in making sure I do them now. Saturn in Aries brings an energy of discipline and structure and I for one am feeling the pressure of showing up. I’ll tell you what though, I was talking to my bestie in New York a few days ago and when I told her to visualize something, my entire body was one giant goosebump.

The weekend as a whole was very fast-paced, even for an Aries it was a lot at times. There’s basically a new lecture every hour on the hour. There’s also workshops, some free while others required payment. I went with the notion that if something was calling me I’d do it however just went for the three day pass for all the free lectures. Clearly you can’t do them all because you have to take time out not to just eat but sometimes I was like I don’t think I sit through another speaker right now, you just need a break. There’s a lot of energy with a lot of people talking about everything under the spiritual and galactic sun.

The Rabbit hole, the more you learn, the more you realize just how much you don’t know. Gotta love a good rabbit hole, it’s actually the cornerstone to any awakening, or expansion of the mind. Going down rabbit holes is when you start learning all there is, and if you’re doing it right, by searching places other than just Google, you’re getting information that generally isn’t available on mainstream. Rabbit holes are great and should really get your curiosity juices flowing, everything always leads to something else.

Discernment was another one this weekend, and is key too when it comes to searching for any information. With so many perspectives and stories being told it can be tough to discern what’s true and what’s not. This comes with time and quite frankly, trial and error. Going within is one of the best ways to discern information and even with five years under my belt, I’m still learning. I think it’s a never ending process really, but at the end of the day it’s whatever feels right and we’re beginning an era where our hearts will be leading the way.

There was hearts in the leaves, yay, saw them on my way in Friday morning. I tend to find hearts on my path every day one way or another. Little winks and reminders of what it’s all about. Love is the answer. There’s so many different paths and so many different ways to go that there truly is no wrong way. It’s not just a cliche when they say all the world’s a stage and there are no wrong doors. Everything is a learning process all said and done but the glue holding it all together is love, unconditional no less.

Overall I had a great weekend, here I am a few days later and still absorbing and internalizing all that I took in. I definitely left the same but different which is always the case and all that I hoped for. It gave me that little confidence boost that’s much appreciated moving forward and reminded me once again that I’m not crazy, I’m just expanding my consciousness. A highlight for me was getting a picture with two of my favorites, Rion from Team Light and David Palmer the Leo King. Both have been instrumental on my journey with information and insight so it was awesome to get a spiritual sandwich with ’em, it made my day. Thanks boys.
